New version of Toledo Talk

Meet and Greet v2.0 - "Kickstart Toledo & the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo, in cooperation with the help of NorthRiver Development, present MEET & GREET II, an extraordinary arts networking opportunity. Join us on Friday, October 7th, from 7-10 p.m. in the Vistula Building at 1007-11 Summit Street, just north of downtown Toledo. Featuring great conversation and music with food, drinks, and camaraderie. There will be a bus loop to "Untitled," the annual fall exhibit at Space237, and our free afterparty at Mickey Finn's Pub, featuring Toledo bands Fast Piece of Furniture, AM Error and Muschi."

on Oct 7 we are throwing a rather large party, just north of downtown
toledo.
If you go to http://www.kickstarttoledo.com/blog you can get the
basic info for MEET & GREET II.

From 7-10 pm we are looking for all creative types to come on down.
Painters, dancers, performers, writers, crafts people, publishers etc...
The party is meant to offer an excuse for all of us working on
different projects to be in the same room and get to know each other.

We've sent out over 8 thousand invites to area artists that were on
the arts commission's mailing list, and we are also hoping for some
support in the local papers.

After our free party (there will be snacks, booze and a dj or two) we
are also having an after party at Mickey Finns. If you go to the Meet
& Greet, you get into the after party for free. Tony Lowe's new band
FAST PIECE OF FURNITURE plays their first show, along with A.M. ERROR
and MUSCHI.

It's gonna be a great night of awesome local music.. and the whole
evening including the meet & greet will be a great excuse to get out
and meet some new people.. while enjoying some interesting Toledo
Night life.
