Art Museum cutbacks - "The Toledo Museum of Art, a city treasure and one of only two North American museums to host the Van Gogh: Fields exhibit, plans to cut 14 employees and $1.3 million from its annual budget because of the struggling economy." It may not help a lot, but that $25,000 being wasted on buying back handguns would be better served if it went to the Art Museum.
