PETE ROSE'S SON IS SORRY... - for selling a form of STERIODS in Tennessee...

Pete Rose claims his 36 year old son only wants to play baseball...

My question: Why is Pete Rose speaking for his 36 year son...I mean at 36 years old, shouldn't Pete Rose, jr. be capable of answering for himself? Does this only seem odd to me...
