Plantman returns - A big 'Hello' to all my CVG friends out there!

Was just advised of this board by another ex-CVG friend and just HAD to check it out! Found my old 'Plantman' handle mentioned a couple of times, so naturally, I had to jump in and say 'HI' to all.

Ah, yes...the days of convergyssucks.com - the day a few of us got Stan & Brian from Local 20 to pass out union info in the parking lot (and seeing Brian whats-his-name RUNNING out of the building at full tilt!)....and being the 'cause' of another Supe getting fired for talking with me (about Police stuff) with Brian accusing him of trying to Unionize! (Don is now a Police chief in a small town).

Have run into a few ex-CVG employees and all have complained about how it had been. When I first came in, it was a fun place and stuff got done (when the employees were treated with respect and dignity).

(And did I detect 'Lisa' on the board?)

Yeah, I recall that jerk that ran that board took offense to our removing our comments over that dispute that was going on, and closed the board down. I thought we were only tryin' to make a point, but...can't please everybody, I guess.

NOTICE OF MEETING TO PLAN RALLY

Shannon Bosh and Bob Lucius are going to hold a meeting to plan a rally to support the Convergys lawsuit.

TIME: 2005 AUG 25 THU 7PM

PLACE: Reynolds Corners branch of the Toledo/Lucas County Library

Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served. The meeting room has a capacity of 50.

The aim of the meeting will be to arrange the rally events and to secure volunteer assistance. Flyers for the rally will be handed out for volunteers to place in select places of public posting.

What's happening Skip! Just so you know every once in a while I still point my cell phone at people and say "Don't make me press 'send'"! Anyway, it's good to hear that Don is doing well hope you are too. I still have dreams about Ms. Fink and her Thigh Master machine under her cubicle.
