Easy times ahead for polluters? - "State regulators are considering allowing some industrial businesses to operate without state permits to regulate airborne pollutants. But environmental activists say the proposal would be too easy on polluters. The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency says it wants to reduce the number of permit applications and reviews from smaller sources of pollution, allowing it more time to police major polluters."
