I expressed my thoughts about school uniforms in an earlier post.
"I don't think they let us (Students) express there orginality!"
Come on. Do you actually believe that? What about "expressing" yourself through more important and concrete means, such as art, community involvement, activity participation, or getting good grades? Those require work. Wearing clothes doesn't. Don't be so shallow. Come up with something deeper that lasts longer.
If you are creating unique, one-of-a-kind garments from scratch, then fine. That's art. But you know the majority of kids don't do that. Spray painting a witty slogan on a white, store-bought t-shirt is weak. Now, I've seen artists do amazing work on white t-shirts, which is cool.
If you think clothing is the only method available to express yourself, then turn off the TV, get off the Internet, put down the ad-filled entertainment magazine, and start living. You'll discover your interests. You'll find many other ways for people to learn who you really are.
I could not possibly care less what people wear. I'm not impressed by someone wearing a burlap potato bag or a $2000 Italian suit. I'd be impressed by something you created or accomplished and not what you are wearing.
If you are creating your own line of clothing, you can wear them outside of school and display them for sale at art and craft shows.

Sorry about that last post. It was intended for a different thread.

*If* this Jessica is indeed real, she has a long road ahead of her in terms of learning grammar. I'd also suggest proofreading things before posting or turning them in.
This reeks of an email collecting scam.

You can express yourself when you turn 18 and legally become an adult. Until then, do as you're told.
