TPS proposes Framework for Student Success - At the Toledo Board of Education July 27, 2006 retreat, Interim Superintendent John Foley presented a Framework for Student Success. It is unlikely that TPS would circulate this document for public comment, so the Urban Coalition will. Please email us your comments.
