New version of Toledo Talk

Toledo Ski Club swap shop - Snow is coming, so you may as well enjoy it. Sell and/or purchase ski and snowboarding equipment. The swap shop is Sunday, Nov 2. Takes place at the St Clement Hall, 3030 Tremainsville Rd. Register your old items for sale from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sale is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The items at the sale typically include downhill and cross country ski equipment, snowboards, ski clothing, and inline skates. All sales are final. Cash, MasterCard, and Visa accepted, but no checks.

In case you weren't aware, the Toledo Ski Club has a lodge near Boyne Mountain that holds about 50 people. It contains a full kitchen, dining/living area. One day stays during the winter go for about $10 per club member per day during the week. The club has planned trips on most winter weekends. The lodge is available year round. Locally, the club has other activities, such as volleyball (all year), a golf league, tennis league, and social functions.
