Generation Chickenhawk: the Unauthorized College Republican Convention Tour - On July 13, 2007, I visited Section 60 of Arlington National Cemetery, where the bodies of American soldiers killed in Iraq were freshly interred. Afterwards, I headed across the street to the Sheraton National Hotel, owned by right-wing Korean cult leader Sun Myung-Moon, to meet some of the war's most fervent supporters at the College Republican National Convention. - More>>

People are stupid! - So I stopped at a gas station for my weekly 6-pack of Bud Select. As I walked to the door I noticed a running car with its windows down . The closer I got I noticed a baby, maybe 2 at the most in a baby seat in the back. With nobody else in the car. I walked into the station and there was a girl at the window buying something that must have been awfully important. She had long blonde hair with pink streaks in it and when she turned around she had one of those cute little (sarcasm) piercings in her cheek. I said "That has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen" And she says "What?" WHAT! I said "Do you have a baby in that car by itself?" She turned and left. What is wrong with people? Seriously, I wish a cop would have showed up a few minutes before that. This has to be illegal right? Not even sure why I am posting this, but it literally had me shaking I was so mad. Is there something else I should have done?

Top 10 Best Communities in Lake Erie West - Another pointless top-something list, although this one has a local angle. Saline is ranked #1. Shockingly, Toledo didn't make the Top 10. A couple of communities on the list seem questionable to me, no offense to those communities. Here's the list: - More>>

I am looking for a little guidance with my preteen - My 11 year old daughter is a great kid, but lately whenever I discipline her about the simplest thing, she goes into a crying meltdown. When I say discipline, I mean talk to her about her actions, she is never spanked and at the most sent to her room for 15 min., but usually just verbally reprimanded. Is this normal behavior? As I said, she really is a great kid, but is this something I should seek professional help for?

Reason For Business Not Locating in NWO.... - I and a few others have said in the past one of the reasons why the Toledo area loses and fails to gain new businesses is because of the lack of air service to the region. I'm not saying the sole reason for businesses not relocating to the region is this, but it is definitely a big factor. And now, it is actually been stated in this article - More>>

MY CONTACT WITH REP.RON PAUL - I just sent a request to "Rep. Ron Paul asking him to put Toledo on his list of stops and I would like to see many more of you do the same, please.
I can't help but feel "all the people trying to run for president" are in it for notoriety, and the money, power ego trip, "AND NOT FOR THE GRASS ROOTS AMERICAN" OR THE PRINCIPLES OUR NATION WAS FOUNDED ON !!At this time, "I See no one" I'd vote for and being a believer in Christ I truly feel NOTHING OF VALUE IN ANY OF THESE PEOPLE !! So, in desperation "Before the fat cats sell out our nation people, "KICK UP A LOT OF DUST" its high time these politicians who think they have the principals of the grass roots people out here in "FLY OVER LAND" nailed down while they are mostly suffering from critical if not terminal case's of "CEREBRAL RECTAL INVERSION"
