What is the difference between a forum and a blog? - Brian Wilson and The Toledo Free Press both refer to blogging, and lump toledo talks into that catagory. However, toledo talks is NOT a blog, but a forum. Brian Wilson's site IS INDEED a blog, and yet he bashes bloggers. 1) How would all of you compare the two? What makes them different? 2) Why is 'mouth breathing' and kool aid drinking associated with ignorance and stupidity? Just curious, because if one has a bad cold, then one may find themselves mouth breathing, and I have been known to drink a cup or two of kool aid. Not often, but enough that it may cause people to question my intelligence according to BW. I tend to think of blogs as high school type sites, like slam books; or sites where the blog owner can make public his ideas and thoughts - whether stupid or intelligent. Residency Requirements about to end - Until recently, 125 cities and 13 villages had the right to determine that residents that worked for them had to meet certain residency requirements. Thanks to some of our local Ohio Representatives and Governor Taft, that is about to change. I believe a city or a village should be able to set residency requirements for those that they hire. - More>>
