The City's Special Parking Lot - I know this may not mean much to some of you but it is just another thorn in this tax payers side. About two to three times a week I have to go downtown, and it is convienent to park in the parking garage connected to the city's offices. I believe this structure is 6 levels high with the top two levels out side. Now we the people bought the land it is on, we paid to have it built, we pay for the maintenence on it and the people that operate it and all of the above goes for the building it is attached to, but guess who gets to park in the prime spots. The Mayor get the # 1 spot closest to the city building enterence, next all the councel people get the next best spots, and I guess all the employees get the rest as they ...

Gang Violence With Carty as Mayor - So much for his honor's campaign rhetoric about taking on the gang violence issue. Maybe he should have picked up a few of the lads at the TARTA Station for his tour of Toledo. He would have learned quite a bit about the hood and its problems.
