New version of Toledo Talk

A take on journalistic fraud - This opinion is in response to the NY Times reporter who was a fake and proves that we cannot believe everything we read in a newspaper. "What happened was that a young and very bright but unethical and amoral reporter named Jayson Blair simply made things up, pretended to be places he wasnít, and copied work out of other newspapers and passed it off as his own. And in what seems far worse, upper management, despite repeated warnings from his supervisors, ignored their concerns and continued to advance Mr. Blairís career, until at last, in April, a newspaper in San Antonio complained that he had stolen their material." Could this happen locally?
