Read this article about Senate Bill 221. Why do the energy companies keep socking it to us? Why should WE have to pay for "overpriced generating units" that the company chose to buy while THEY have the biggest profits ever? According to the article, this debt has already been paid for by the consumers of northwest ohio who have among the highest energy rates in the country. Why do the republicans in the state legislature continue to allow the energy companies to dip into our pockets whenever they feel like it? Enough is Enough!
