Instead of like making music and releasing albums people would actually want to buy and not feel ripped off by doing so (with 1 or 2 good tracks), the RIAA would rather demean all it's customers and sound foolish and out of touch in the process.
Plastic and vacant content have no value. What's going to happen when people slowly realize there's always been natural equivalents to most drugs?

"Real" designer handbags are probably made in the same factories as the "fake" ones in the south Pacific somewhere by designers like Louis Vuitton who has been dead for over a century, thus I doubt anything his LV swastika on it is real.
Grab some fabrique and sewing kit and you can make your own bag from a designer you know and/or trust depending on your mental state when it comes to fashion.
The industry itself operates like a strip club. A nice production of lighting, innuendo, makeup, and stench to separate the fools and their money. Or at least that's the cynical approach.
DIY is great... agreed. The real bags I own are made in France, Italy and the like.

designer commodities, designer knock offs... they're both a product of marketing unique herdishness of which I follow religiously. Is black in fashion this year?
