It'll take time, but Grossman's jihad of Neo-Prohibition will eventually cut a cost in an important place, and that place will produce a hole, and a missed inspection in that hole will result in a catastrophe (like dozens of people killed in a restaurant contamination), and then it'll be Grossman's ASS.

This is what happens when you get uninformed and uneducated people who are registerd voters. We haven't seen anything yet. There are ppl voting in the primaries for our next president based on many factors.
1. Some want Bill back in.
2. Some want a woman.
3. Some want a black man.
4. (To me Mccain is the last Republicain standing and some want to make sure a Republican will remain in the White House.
5. Some responsible voters are so fed up with the mud slinging that they won't even vote at all.No matter who wins (becaue I will vote). I will get the right to complain about the destruction of this country. What has happeded to our economy? Is there any intregrity and sensitivity left in anyone in public office. I will vote based on what's in my wallet. I hope I still continue to have money, health Insurance and RX card along with my business card for a job I still have.
Here's the solution: break up the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department and return the department to what it used to be pre-1990. Take away much of the money they now have and severely reduce their income, about $80million/year now. That will greatly curtail their spending a lot of money on no return.
But to answer your question about who is responsible: it's Dr. David Grossman, head of the Health Department. He is a jihadist against tobacco and is willing to spend any amount of money to ban it. It's almost a religious thing with him.
