"You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a mineral deficiency." - Dr. Linus Pauling, two-time Nobel Prize winner

Whatever Linus...according to GlaxoSmithKline it's Paxil, ixnay on the suicide ideation.

I've seen many articles like this, it brings home the importance of organic foods, and home gardens for food.
when farmers became businessmen instead of food growers, we all lost. Processing of the grown food crops further depletes the food of anything good.

The American diet is poison, from farm to supermarket.

I need a remedy for gray hair.

I'm only 34, but look like I'm on pace to have a full head of gray hair, by the time I'm 40 years old.

Embrace it. If there was a natural supplement or a diet that worked women's hair salons would go out of business. Porely dyed hair on a guy is sooooooo tacky. The only way to achieve an almost natural look is with frequent expensive trips to a professional salon where they slather carcinogens on your head.

I guess I'd rather be gray, than bald; even though that would save me $10 a week, at the barber.

Gray hair is distinguished. Bald is what it is. Some guys look great (Sean Connery ),some guys not so much. Personally I've never been impressed by so called great hair nor put off by baldness. My husband was going bald when I met him. My Dad was as bald as a guy could be. I think most men think women care more about a guys hair or lack therof than women really do. Trust me, it's not about the hair. It's all about the person underneath. For you single fellas a decent pickup line won't hurt either.

Interesting about hair, a new test for telomerase measures it in the hair follicle. The test was developed to determine the level of telomerase inhibition caused by the worlds first telomerase inhibitor drug in human trials. I'd bet a C note that low telomerase levels are associated with gray hair too. Hmmmm. Astragalus !
