Granted, most of these crimes could be considered minor, but for f**ks sake. SHit like this is nothing but a burden on society.
I don't suppose we could just shoot her :P.

Let's not forget that this is just her adult record...who knows what kind of juvenile record she might have that's not even public knowledge? I find it hard to believe that she just happened to start a consistent life of crime at 18.

I like the old public pillory idea. Stand em' out in the center of town carrying a bill board that details the offense of which they were convicted. Have you been to a trial and a sentencing lately in Toleo Muni or the Court of Common Pleas? Unless there is a trial, and there aren't many of those, it isn't until sentencing that there is any mention of what specifically the criminal did. The general court system seems to protect the criminals from public exposure. I once sat in on a bench trial, but had no connection to any party directly involved, and was given meaningful direct dirty looks by the defense lawyer and questioned by the judge for the reason for my being there. This was a public trial for Pete's sake! It happened to be in an area of business operation with which I make my living. I answered the judge respectfully, honestly and politely. I did not leave. I was sure as hell surprised! But my point is that the criminals are shielded from shame. Granted, a lot of them don't have any shame. But many don't want it publically known what scumballs they really are. Meaningful public exposure is a deterrant.
What's up with all these careless people leaving their purses unattended? Everyone should know by now there are thieves around every corner. You dangle a steak in front of a dog, he will grab it. Some of us are no better. Hold on to your purse.

If she had tried to go out and get a job, nobody would hire her because of her record. So she keeps her usual vocation.
I don�t condone her actions, but I can understand it.
Perhaps she just wants attention. She probably came from a broke broken home.
There are people committing far worse crimes against humanity on a daily basis in alleged legitimate professions.
Where's the crybaby uproar when it comes to that?

Well, back in the old days in the USSR she would have been sent to the salt mines. These days, in the US, we don't do that.
The US legal system suffers from an excessive number of laws. Anyone can be arrested and, one way or another, they can be charged with a dozen or more violations of the criminal code.
Here we have one single case. How many more like this are there?
