and $3 parking. Pretty expensive this year if you ask me. My wife and I will be down almost $20 before we even get to the vendors.

yeah, not going....I haven't gone once since they moved the "official" rib-off to the fairgrounds, and I know other people feel the same way I do :)

I have boycotted the rib-off since it was moved. As "linecrosser" said, it's hard to get the boat to the fairgrounds.

Or a fresh food festival.

Decaying putrid carcasses are cause for celebration? Oh, they're burnt in BBQ sauce. I get it.
