Does anyone know what's happening with this building? With Charter One opening on Secor, the bank is even closing its ATM on Executive.

It's called Citizens bank now. Don't worry I still call it Charter One.
It's a pretty big building to think they're downsizing to a small branch office. If it does close someday they could turn it into a residential high rise.
Oh, geez. And they changed names a few years ago. That's embarrassing.
Does the bank fill that whole building? Are other businesses housed there?
I'm not concerned about the branch moving, since I rarely go into a branch anymore, but man... I'm going to miss the Executive Parkway ATM. I freakin' hate driving on Secor Road.
The bank occupies the ground floor. There are other small business offices on the upper floors. IMO the whole interior is badly dated and in need of cleaning & upgrading -- so I wonder if the owner will freshen things up.
The vacated bank space would make a fantastic restaurant: high ceilings, open floor plan, good traffic & visibility.
Or maybe Trader Joe's could open there :)
