Paramore & Music

Like most, I am addicted to downloading music. I download music from a variety of different groups and genres. Lately, I've become a fan of Paramore- a young artist who sings rock.

Just thought I'd ask my fellow downloaders what they mostly listen to including favorite radio stations and what they download.

I don't download, I kick it old skool w/ cd's.

Currently I have the reissue of Liz Phairs "Exile in Guyville" in my player. But I listen to everything from Britney to Hole to Rilo Kiley and Jars of Clay.

I listen to 92.5 in the morning for the Andrew Z show - then flip it over to WIOT. I also like to listen to 89X when I can. My choices at work are limited because of poor reception on the radio and because I.S. firewalled me form all radio station websites. Something about I was using too much bandwidth, blah, blah, blah. ;)

I like the Flobots for some reason. My kids laugh at me. But as for new groups I am not a music fanatic so I don't know much about it.

I saw the flobots in Detroit about a monthg ago, you got free tickets when you purchased tickets to Death Cab.

I like that handlebars song but that was about it. :0)

My music taste is very eclectic.
i listen everything.

It doesn't help that I have MUSIC ADD as well so its only ever snippets when driving my box on wheels!

Flobots remind me of teh Linkin Park. I get made fun of for falling asleep at one of their shows (completely sober) so I poke back that my friends stayed awake.. which is much worse.

Plus the Flobots sound ignorantly preachy and lame, which is far worse than Linkin Park just playing the same song 12xs a CD, just like KISS.

Scars on Broadway is pretty good, especially when you're stuck at MIS and the Dream Cruise forced to listen to country and factory rock.
