Tom Brokaw's Meet the Press this week was as prosaic as ever, but for one little line uttered by the increasingly partisan Andrea Mitchell. In a discussion about the McCain VP pick of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, guest Doris Kerns Goodwin, plagiarist/historian, said that the choice of Palin is a "very strange choice," showing how little she bothered to even think about the facts. But the most outrageous analysis came from Mitchell who said that only uneducated, female voters will be drawn to Sarah Palin, not those smart, college educated ones.

At about 5:57 into this clip Andrea Mitchell was brought onto Meet the Press with Goodwin, David Gregory and host Tom Brokaw to tell us all that Sarah Palin will only appeal to uneducated women, not educated ones.

And you don't agree with that? Palin's policies are pretty much the polar opposite of Hillary's, especially with regards to "women's issues". Anyone who would switch from Hillary to Palin is either uneducated or incredibly spiteful.

And remember uneducated doesn't mean actual schooling necessarily. It could mean uneducated about where candidiates stand on certain issues.

Did anyone see the actual clip? The thread title says that only "uneducated Hilary supporters" would support Palin. But the text sounds like it refers to women in general. Just curious about what was actually said.

nothing cute about any of that my friend. obama is a nightmare, and the blue media will do anything and everything they can to help their little house boy win. including inventing crap like this and putting it out there as a "rumor". they know full well the average american is too stupid to distinguish fact from slander and bias. hurst would be so damn proud of his little minions. it's a funny thing we have here. we see other countries politics controlling the media and we cry foul. mean while here in "amarika" our media controls our government.

we bitch and moan about how the blade runs toledo, yet the same damn thing happens on a national level and you friggin libs just think it's all imaginations of "the vast right wing conspiracy". funny how that works. the media in this country is a disgrace. walk down the magazine isle in the grocery store and see how many times the big eared marxist is on a cover. you can't honestly tell me that stories like the one at the top of this page aren't specifically designed to sway the publics opinion in favor of the gov-ment cheese eating, protest sign holding scum.

If Andrea Mitchell said that she's full of ShiZ! Educated people who cannot think for themselves are the ONLY ones (and there's lots of them) who listen to people like Andrea Mitchell. People who think logically, no matter how many years in classrooms, know the media is not too useful anymore. Internet has better news. The Blade treats us like we're stupid while they pander to multiculturalism. I'm not a Toledo native--I don't know who they are or who the editor is but what a spineless wimp, just look at the reporting on our terror trial defendants. Someone at JihadWatch remarked that the Blade article seems like it was a report on some guys getting ordinary DUIs!
