The lady fought against teaching sex education in the schools in Alaska and her daughter got knocked up at 17. That has a huge amount of irony. Irony is often found to generate humor. I think its funny as hell, and tragic. That's irony and humor and tragedy, and the real ignorance is about a mother who is so buried in dogma that she fought teaching children about their bodies, to her own daughters detriment. The fight against sex education isn't working out for Americans, record std rates as neocons preach that condoms don't prevent disease ,, or don't mention them at all. Banning condom education,, worse lying about them has helped the STD rate and child pregnancy rates stay up. That will teach those evil-doer kids.
