from my understanding its on top of the building next to the arena and you can look down into the arena before they put the roof on???

The Greater Downtown Business Partnership will be the beneficiary of a fundraiser sponsored by the Downtown Toledo Parking Authority on Friday, Sept. 12th from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This gala is entitled "Raise the Roof - Something for Everyone!"It is being billed "Raise the Roof" because it will overlook the new arena and the workers "setting" its large roof trusses.
For a modest fee of $15 ($20 at the gate), revelers will enjoy a wonderful array of great food provided by Manhattan's, Glass City Cafe, Harissa, Eddie B's, Erie Street Chowder House, The Blarney and Focaccia's Deli. A cash bar will be available.
Entertainment will be provided by several local musical groups who will play sets of jazz, classical and Motown. This event will indeed provide "something for everyone!"
Tickets can be purchased on line at www.parksmart.org or in person at the Park Smart office located at 215 N. St. Clair Street or "at the door" on the 12th..
Proceeds will benefit GDBP, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is "to promote good communication among, coordinate the common interests of, and serve as a unified voice for the private business community in matters which affect greater downtown."
