I just heard a clip on the radio that Carty might have to lay off "a few" cops or firemen. You know what, if I could get extra money out of a bunch of terrified saps(Carty voters)with this time worn bullshit-I'd do the exact same thing.

Last when-ever-it-was, most of the residents of Toledo listened to the 'Sayers of Doom' when they said that unless the tax was passed, PD/FD layoffs would occur.
The tax passed, but again they're talking layoffs?

Think cuts should start at the top. Does Carty really need all that staff? If he wanted a shower maybe he should work from home and telecommute 70% of the time. Maybe Carty should be out on the roadside picking up trash if he is so concerned about the image of Toledo.
