Allow me to describe this mess as best I can in laymans language. Title 1 Section 13.
Lemme see if I understand any of dat? It seems that they want the mentally challenged to be treated better before they put a TARP over the rehashed, re-sold, and troubled assets that stupidity and greed created and packaged as Top Choice Sirloin only to find out it was the old bait and switch game and we're all eatin' spoiled ground chuck!
Then we must re-insure the flimsy TARP itself and create endless meetings and reports and expect the same ethically challenged individuals to lead us out of this mess after creating a blizzard of paperwork and a shaky legal framework to create new jobs for highly compensated law firms to describe this mess to middle class dummies while charging all concerned an incredible fortune!
The bailout means that we must sell these rotten assets to the only entity capable of buying them with borrowed money and that's our own government, who borrows the money to do so from other governments who first purchased these worthless assets in the belief that they were somehow backed by our own government, who primarily consists of individuals from these financial firms who first sold the worthless mortgage backed securities to our own government after asking for a bailout following their appointments to high ranking positions within our own government after their successful careers selling junk securities backed by worthless derivatives sold to other governments.
