If the description area gets accidentally munged and then saved, the info is lost. So it's easier and "safer" to create an article like this one you're viewing, [I call it jr:profile] and then include it via the curly brace commands into the description area. Using the "tmpl." start and "tmpl.." end commands around the actual content below that gets included prevents this paragraph from also being included into the description area.
