Votes database for former and current local officials that contains all council, school board, and commissioner votes taken since January 2006. We need a local version of the Washington Post's votes database for Congress.
App should be able to:
- show all votes taken in a particular month and/or year
- show all votes by an individual
- show all votes missed by an individual
- provide search capabilities to find an issue
