why not sailboats and catamarans, as well?
they're fun, challenging, some vendors can show off their wares.
and kayaks and canoes and bike boat thingies.
TheTalentedMrC, I would totally take advantage of that several times a season! I know I'm not the only one. So yeah, TOTALLY awesome.
I would love easily accessible options for sailing and even catamarans... and actually if anyone here knows of great options for renting a boat for a day, please post!
To live in a city with a great river going through the middle of it and not take advantage of it is terrible. These natural gifts are the sorts of things that people usually wooooo and aweeeee about. Toeldo is not doing a great job on that end... so yeah, even paddle boats are worthwile of "totally awesome"!

This is cool...but they should offer Kayaks and canoes as well.
Sounds great to me! Would love to rent a paddle boat.
It's... neat.
I'm not quite sure why it's getting all this run, though. Are these pedal boats something you're going to use once a week? Once a month? Once a summer? Once?
Don't get me wrong, I'm all about it. But "totally awesome" is a bit much.
