A School Board Ad and Copyright Infringement

Then, read the story:

Viacom used my video without permission on their commercial television show, and now says that I am infringing on THEIR copyright for showing the clip of the work that Viacom made in violation of my own copyright! The clip in question was pulled by YouTube earlier this morning, at Viacom's insistence.

Two questions:
1. Does Viacom have a claim on the content they built off his content, even if they didn't ask permission of him (He didn't seem to mind until they started stomping him out).
2. How badly do you want to see an ad like this on our airwaves? I'd pay $50 to see someone do it. Especially if Ben Konop dresses up like a Sith.
