Organic Wine Booming Across the U.S.

Ten Spoon Vineyard : Three miles up Rattlesnake Creek from Missoula, Montana, sits a yellow, barn-like structure in a pasture beside a field of grapevines. Really. A true Montana vineyard and winery. Our 2006 vintage year, a banner year for fruit, is producing about 4,200 cases of wine—700 cases more than 2005. All our grapes and fruit are certified organic with no added sulfites. Our wines are all produced and bottled at Ten Spoon Vineyard and Winery. The varietals we grow are: Maréchal Foche, Frontenac, Leon Millot, St. Croix and Swenson Red (reds) and St. Pepin and LaCrosse (whites).
