Here's a Web site that may useful to local officials

Oct 8, 2007 story :

A new Web site raises tattling to new heights. It's called RottenNeighbor.com, and it gives users a place to make public what used to be private backyard disputes. "A Google map comes up, and you can zoom down to your house to see if there are any markers of rotten neighbors nearby," creator Brant Walker said.

In just over a month, the site has gotten more than 30,000 postings. There is no accountability for what you post. Anyone can make a complaint on the site, but if you lie about your neighbors in a way that harms their reputation you are liable.

I think Carty would consider Ottawa and Wood Counties to be rotten neighbors.

Here are a couple local posts at RottenNeighbor.com :

Marge Brown. Mayor or Oregon, Ohio. A real CUNT. A back stabbing Cunt for real! MargeBrown.com see her Great Web Site!

Horrible neighbor! The woman is ultra religious and if you aren't christian she will smite you. She'll call the cops if you look at her the wrong way. The child living there is a delinquent. She has nothing better to do than look out the window or sit on her porch looking for someone to argue with.

Noisy College kids. Spoiled rotten college kids live in a house that mommy and daddy bought for them. Party all the time, very loud and no respect for others.

I think this Oct 18, 2007 Blade story about meter readers doubling as property inspectors helps support the idea of Toledo officials exploiting the Web site RottenNeighbor.com.

Borrowing from Nike, the maniacal tyrant known by his minions as King Czarty said of the meter reader/property inspector idea :

"I don't even want any debate about it. Just do it."

Next on Czarty's to-do list: taxpayer-funded construction of Czarty's version of Gitmo, which is codenamed Southwyck. A good detention center and re-education camp located on the old Southwyck Mall property could employ several people. Job creation.

More from this Blade story :

... looking out for dilapidated houses, overgrown lots, illegally parked cars, and scattered trash ...

Man, is Toledo that big of a dump and inhabited by that many slugs?

Here is Maggie Thurber's blog posting about the meter reader/property inspector idea titled This is how the mayor makes decisions???

This is yet another example of Carty Finkbeiner exercising his ready-shoot-aim philosophy.

That rumbling sound you hear is not thunder from a fall storm. It's the sound of other communities once again laughing at Toledo.
