Findlay's very own Chef Michael Bowlkowski (Revolver Restaurant) has been nominated as one of Food & Wine's 2011 People's Best New Chef of the Great Lakes region. This is a fantastic place to eat and if you have not been there you should go.

dammit, just saw this, I would have voted for him! My nephew worked for him since he opened until the Big 07 Flood, what a great place! I see he didn't win, sucks, but hope he never goes out of business! Good Luck to him in this recent round of water!

crazy news. from the Toledo group on FB: "The Owner/Head chef at Revolver has taken a position as Executive Chef at Inverness."

Inverness is a private club right? Sounds like a great move to get more members, but dang! No more Revolver? :(
