Went to pick up my daughter from her friends house this morning, (she had spent the night).
As I drive down North Haven, I see a bunch of police cars. As I slowly drive between them I see police tape and the unmistakable outline of a body under a tarp on a driveway not 15 feet from the street. There is a trail of blood running towards the gutter.
Apparently the nice old man who lived there killed himself. You can only speculate why, but I know his wife died some time ago and the holiday season is known to make some folks depressed.
May he R.I.P.
Sorry to hear it-and I would guess you're 100% right as to why. I've heard that men have a much harder time than women when a spouse dies.
