Aging German playboy Rolf Eden has rarely taken no for an answer. And he's not about to start. He has filed charges against a 19 year old woman for refusing to sleep with him. Charge? Age discrimination.------It's no secret that Germany has problems with ageing. Workers in that country face compulsory retirement at age 50 with no compensation other than living the rest of their lives on the dole. A recent plan to up that age to 65 was defeated and sometimes lampooned as an example of old people taking themselves too seriously. But 78 year old Eden seems to have developed a somewhat warped view of what age discrimination actually is.--------Eden is well known to older Germans as the man who popularized strip-tease and xxx cinema in the 50s. He opened up establishments featuring both that decade, is known for doing his best to emulate Hugh Hefner, says this is the first time he has been rejected and claims to know why and also claims to have had slightly over 3,000 bedmates in the past. He has written newspaper and magazine articles stating that he would like to die on top of a woman.-------Almost needless to say, his charge didn't stick, which has left him in twin states of shock and indignation.-----(ASSOCIATED PRESS.)
