Best value on mulch?

Without having to make a ton of phone calls or drive around wasting my precious gas (lol), does anyone have suggestions on where the best value on mulch is?
I do not have a preference for color, size, etc. Just looking to dress up the front yard. I do not have a pickup or trailer so bags would be best.
Any help would be appreciated.
