When its al fixed with more debt , they will sell the debt again

When these crookies raid our collective futures for this bailout, will they not simply go back to business as usual, and won't the Chinese and others continue to divest themselves of our worthless debt. If the dollar isn't worth the paper its elaborately printed on, why would they stay in? After all, China is diversifying its consumer driven production and Europe currently sees US paper as ass paper.
