Need Advice...Insurance Wise.....Car.....

So I bought my car not even two months ago....and I try to be a safe driver because to me my 2005 is practically brand new to me....well I was at work and a delivery truck pulls into our parking lot and trys to back up, while backing into the side of my car and leaving me a nice big scrape above my gas cap and a few chips. Now the kid wasn't going to even say anything but my friend at work was outside at the time and witnessed him doing it. So he gave me the insurance that his company goes through with the delivery trucks. Now I am dealing with the adjuster and she is being a nasty person to me like I did something wrong by having my parked car in a parking spot at my work. I took my car to the white family collision and they estimated the damage will be $626! I want it done at white family collison because I bought my car from Jim White Toyota/Scion. Now the insurance adjuster calls me back and tells me that with claims 500$ or more they send out someone to inspect the damage... I guess I am just wondering where do I go from there? Obviously they are going to quote the damage less if they are sending one of there inspectors out to look at my car, right?

Any suggestions or advice? I am so upset because this is going to be such a inconvienence more than anything.

In ohio do I have the right to take my car where I want to take it???
