Well, it seems Toledos' latest embarrassment, the McConnell business, has produced a charge, and a minor one at that. That ought to shake Toledos' criminal element to its rotten core! I'll bet any would be fraudsters will leave town now, secure in the knowledge Toledo justice will not tolerate the kind of activities Ms. McConnell is involved in. A THOUSAND dollar fine, and a POSSIBLE year in some country club jail will literally scare the bejezzus out of crooks! BRAVO-BRAVO!!
